Returns, Cancellations & Exchange Policy
Returns: All products sold at joannafashions.com are covered under our 15 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement as soon as we receive the return package and this will be at no extra cost. We recommend you not to accept a product in such a case at the time of delivery.
In the case of incorrect items shipped and needs exchange please inform us to confirm & obtain a Return Number, any returns made without the Returns Number will not be accepted. We pay the shipping charges.

Exchange: If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature, we have a 100% acceptance policy on most New UNOPENED items, please note a 25% restocking fee and shipping/courier charges will be applicable. We have a 15-day exchange policy from the date of delivery & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested. This policy does not apply to made to order products like baby furniture, clothes etc.
Gift Returns: All the above policies apply to products purchased or delivered as Gifts.
Cancellations: Any orders canceled are eligible for 90% refund of the billing amount. If shipping is in progress, a 25% restocking fee will be applicable. If the shipment has already reached the designation, please obtain a return number & send it with the original invoice to process cancellations & one-way shipping charges are paid by you. This policy does not apply to made to order products like baby furniture, clothes etc.
Please ensure that while returning, the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. the In the case of damage to the original packaging or the goods joannafashions.com reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.
Value of the order refunded back in all the above conditions will be by way of web store Credits or Gift certificate. No Cash refund is done. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received the goods and processed the returned item.
If there is cancellation of an order from either side which results in any refund, then the eligible amount will be refunded within 10 -12 working days or according to our partner payment gateway’s rules.
